Returns
What can I return and how do I do it?
If the products you ordered do not meet your expectations or you ordered the wrong product, you can return them within 14 days in their original condition, undamaged (for sealed items with unbroken seals!), postage paid. You must always contact our customer service first to register your return.
Unpaid shipments will not be accepted. To clarify matters for our customer service (info@otoparts.nl), please include a copy of the invoice, your bank account number, and a cover letter with your comment or complaint.
If your return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase price (for the goods) to your bank account within 14 days. If not, the package will be returned to you. The return shipping costs you incurred will not be credited.
Defects
Despite the great care we take with your order, it is possible that an item may become defective or that you receive the wrong product through no fault of your own. In that case, you should always contact our customer service at +31 85 - 0824330.
Electronic Equipment
Some electronic components cannot be returned. If in doubt, please contact our after-sales department.
Outer Box
Always return items in an outer box. This keeps the original product packaging clean and free of shipping labels.
